Tobin Thomson

Photographer & Visual Artist
about
My visual journey began at age seven with a point-and-shoot camera, evolving through years of self-taught practice into a deliberate, instinct-driven approach to photography.
My portfolio spans candid urban environments, architectural framing, and live event coverage, including work with theatre festivals and commercial clients. Deeply fascinated by the intersection of nature and the built environment, I am currently working on Urban Parietaria—a documentary and mapping project focused on exploring and preserving London’s urban green spaces and heritage.
Whether documenting live performances or capturing quiet interactions between nature and the city, I focus on telling authentic visual stories through careful timing, composition, and clear narrative intention.
